i work and live in dubai,, its a known hub of import -export trade and the most happening country in the world , around 15% of cranes of the world is sitting on various sites of dubai and around dubai, if you look for exports u can choose a product which is less bulky like adhesive which canada is a leader , like super glue, or building material , if u r looking to import i think u should look for leather products which are high in demand in western countries coz of the weather and fashion consumption, my near uncle is a mfg of leather products like wallets and promotion gift items made from original leather india, also if you wish you can find some suitable product which u have in mind and i can do some research on that product, dubai is also good for electronics like mobile , memory chips and spare parts let me know other option where we can work together, u can open a leather boutique and sell jacket and other leather acce, like portfolio, belts, and similar products if you have any idea i will also try to source leather products from dubai as lot of it comes here from india as well.shipping and logistic is no problem here, its very competive prices as its a big port to handle the huge re export market
i m born in bombay and live n work in dubai,, my email is aliasgar_munira@yahoo.com
